1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using PropCheckOnline ("Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

PropCheck provides:

  • Property verification services
  • Developer trust scoring
  • Construction quality audits
  • Risk assessment reports
  • Paid developer listings
  • Banner advertisements
  • Paid news placements
  • Subscription-based monitoring services

PropCheck acts as an independent assessment platform and not as a broker, agent, or seller.

3. NO INVESTMENT ADVICE

PropCheck does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice. All reports represent structured professional assessments based on available data at the time of review. Users remain responsible for their own investment decisions.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • All fees are payable in advance
  • Payments are non-transferable
  • Invoices must be cleared before services begin
  • Developer advertisement fees are annual and non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users agree:

  • To provide accurate information
  • Not to misuse reports
  • Not to alter or misrepresent PropCheck ratings
  • Not to publish manipulated versions of reports

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All reports, scoring systems, Trust Scoreā„¢ methodologies, logos, and branding are the exclusive intellectual property of PropCheckOnline. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PropCheck shall not be liable for:

  • Investment losses
  • Project delays
  • Market downturns
  • Developer insolvency
  • Indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.

8. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Abusive behavior
  • Non-payment

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Lahore.

LEGAL DISCLAIMER

PropCheckOnline provides structured assessments based on information collected from public records, submitted documentation, site inspections (where applicable), and independent analysis.

We do not guarantee:

  • Legal approval status beyond disclosed documents
  • Completion timelines
  • Investment returns
  • Market appreciation

Trust Scoresā„¢ represent analytical risk indicators and not guarantees. Users must conduct independent due diligence before investment decisions.

REFUND POLICY

Property Verification Services

Refunds may be issued only if:

  • Service has not commenced
  • No report has been generated
  • Cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment

Once report drafting begins, fees are non-refundable.

Developer Banner & Advertising

All advertising fees are non-refundable once slot confirmation is issued. In case of technical outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, proportional credit may be issued.

DEVELOPER ADVERTISING POLICY

PropCheck permits developers to:

  • Purchase banner slots
  • Publish paid news
  • Subscribe for enhanced profile visibility

However:

  • Paid advertising does NOT influence Trust Scoreā„¢
  • Paid developers are not guaranteed positive ratings
  • Ratings remain independently determined

Misuse of PropCheck logo without authorization may result in legal action.

TRUST SCOREā„¢ METHODOLOGY DISCLOSURE

PropCheck Trust Scoreā„¢ is derived from weighted analysis across the following categories:

  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance
  • Track Record & Delivery History
  • Financial Stability Indicators
  • Construction Quality Indicators
  • Transparency & Disclosure
  • Risk Exposure Factors
  • Market & Location Risk

Scores are reviewed periodically and may change based on new data. Trust Scoresā„¢ are analytical tools and not certifications or guarantees.

DATA PROTECTION ADDENDUM

(For Institutional Clients)

For banks, institutions, and large developers:

  • Confidential data will be handled under NDA
  • Internal reports will not be publicly disclosed without consent
  • Audit trails are maintained for 7 years
